Meet Your Coach
Mental Performance Coach, Brian Turnage, is a retired Battalion Chief from the City of Richmond Fire Department who has been involved in baseball as a player or coach for over 40 years. He couples his experience with mental performance in the fire service with his vast baseball knowledge to assist athletes with enhancing their cognitive performance. Brian has developed an easy-to-understand system that trains athletes to make the most of their sports skills and athleticism and maximize their competitive ability.
