Virtual Learning
Individuals & Groups
Our most customized one-on-one training. Our most YOU-focused offering. This is a 3-phased structured program designed to meet the specific needs of each individual athlete, throughout their career. Sessions are virtual, where we’ll dig deep into your most immediate mental performance needs and then follow your individual training plan. A typical session costs $50 and lasts around 40 minutes.
This is a less-customized version of our one-on-one training. Here we’ll focus on developing and addressing individual training plans in a group setting. Members of the group session benefit from being able to learn constructively from the experiences of other athletes. There are typically 2-6 athletes per group, with training done virtually. The cost of group training is $35 per athlete for a 40-minute session.

Mental Edge Education
This multi-week instructor-led deep dive will include a tailored set of virtual sessions that thoroughly review mental performance skills, leadership, and teamwork topics. This 8-course online program is a great option for teams to go through together. It includes optional disucssion boards to enhance the learning experience and promote critical thinking. Mental Minutes
This 14-week video based training program includes five brief videos delivered directly to the athlete’s phone, each week. Videos are 5 minutes or fewer, and progressively build on each other, providing a comprehensive mental performance program over the course of the 14 weeks. Mental Minutes are idea for in-season athletes for maintaining a focus on their mental performance during a busy season. $125 per athlete.
