Introducing Mental Minutes
Mental Minutes is a like hiring your own mental performance coach for your school without the cost of another full time position. With the mental minutes program, each of your varsity athletes and coaches will receive a short five minute mental performance video delivered directly to their phones via text message five days a week throughout their season. This program is designed to run for 14- weeks to coincide with the high school seasons.
Each video in the series builds upon the previous video to allow me to cover more complex topics over a series of days. Every video is custom made by Mental Edge Athletic Training and includes slides, pictures, and diagrams to enhance the learning experience. At the end of each video is a short discussion question that can be utilized by the coaches to ensure comprehension and application to their sport.
The videos are not sport specific, but anytime there is a topic that requires sport specificity (visualization or routines for example) additional documentation will be provided in the daily text message.
